LORDS, a residential building consisting of 268 flats at Nahur in Mumbai, was completed in 731 days at an average of 2.73 days per flat! The 2.59 Lakh sqFt building has two wings of 19 floors each with 20 structural slabs. The
entire construction, from excavation to finishing, commenced on Jan 29, 2010 and was completed on Jan 24, 2012. A built up area of about 10,000 sqFt was completed every month. Neetin Khedkar, President, HSP and presently CEO,
Challenge Constructions, was in overall charge of the project.
